At Pet Play Box, we want both you and your furry friends to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Perishable items, personalized products, and opened treats cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

How to Start a Return

  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
